Leath MacCluin Male, Human Druid Chaotic Good
Size: Medium Height: Tall Build: Wiry Eyes: Green Hair: Nutbrown, close-cropped Skin: Light Favored Outfit: Forest green robes, bone necklace and bracelets, leather armor when necessary .
Background: Leath MacCluin, son of a Druid mother and unknown father, was born into one of the last Druid enclaves in Ireland, living in Sligo in the West. The enclave had barely survived the Christianization of the country through the patronage of local clans who desired the benefits of their magical arts and lore. Somehow young Leath and his clan survived also the fighting between Norse invaders and Irish contenders for power, remaining neutral when possible and siding with the surest victor when not. The Druid enclave met its end, though, in the first war to unite Ireland; forced to fight when the battles reached their home in the west, they opposed Brian Boru, who, some time after defeating them and their allies, went on to be crowned High King. Most of the Druids were slain in the battle, and the handful that survived, including Leath, were no longer safe in their country under a king who mistrusted them. Leath sailed with the surviving members of his race to the shores of France, where they went their separate ways to seek their fortunes, or at least survival. A long, strange trip through the wilderness, avoiding towns as much as possible, took him to Italy, where he spied from far off a hunting party. He sought to avoid them, until he heard one wailing in pain and the others crying in frustration around him. A nearsighted member of the group had sent an arrow through the thigh of the city's treasurer, who was bleeding out on the ground. Unable to bear the man's cries of pain, Leath left his place of hiding, revealed himself to the party, and healed the man using a combination of botanical and magical knowledge. He was taken back to town, feted, and hailed a hero for a week, during which he was given the opportunity to set up shop as a physician. He has worked there for several months, tending the needs of the populace who can get past the wild appearance of his shop with its animal skins and strange plants in bloom. He is uncomfortable in the city, though, and seeks to leave.

What did you mean by "20 point buy" on the character creation page? Do we roll 4d6 for stats and discard the lowest, the same as D&D, or does it work differently?

If you want to raise a stat above ten, it costs points. Dropping a stat below 10 gives you points. Humans in Pathfinder get a free +2 to any stat they want

A Chaotic Good druid? They're Neutral Good typically, but nothing too major. Okay, most of the stats look okay, but skills are slightly different in Pathfinder. Given your stats, you can select 7 skills that will get a +4 bonus each at first level (+3 bonus as a class skill +1 rank). Which skills do you want to denote as class skills? Also, for your Nature's Bond, do you want an animal companion (details here: www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/druid/animal-companions) or select from one of some domains (Air, Animal, Earth, Fire, Plant, Water, or Weather) to act more like a cleric. It could be changed to Neutral Good, no problem. I was using some Google Spreadsheet Pathfinder Template for the stats, which is why so many ended up on there. I thought I only had six skill ranks available at level 1 (4 for being a Druid, +1 for my Int bonus, +1 for being human). I put skill ranks into the class skills Climb, Fly, Heal, Knowledge (Geography), Knowledge (Nature), Perception. If I do have another skill rank available to me I'll take Spellcraft. I'm going to just take the Sample Animal Companion for Level 1 Druid, copied and pasted below.
